No other play by play crew compliments the other team as much as Haynes and McNab, quite honestly they rave so much about other teams players that it sometimes gets on my nerves.

Jack Edwards is a tool, but I think the Pens duo is the worst by far.

As far as "jumping" is concerned, the Carolina crew put it more eloquently -- Harrison put Chara in a position where he had no choice but to fight. That took Chara off the ice for the ensuing PP, on which the Canes scored, got the crowd into the game and raised the blood pressure on both benches. Carolina goes on to win their first home game in 8 tries.

Perfect example of a fight affecting the outcome of a game. The Hurricanes players were giving Harrison props in postgame interviews for stepping in against a guy well outside his class, and risking an epic beatdown, for the sake of the team.

Props to Harrison. He may not have won the fight but won the war. Took Chara off the ice and the Cane's scored... Harrison was smart and effective.

I dont mind listening to the play by play by Boston during game play but once the rough stuff starts Edwards is a complete tool. Dont poke the bear... why? Because he might have a very small edge in a fight against you where no damage is done?

Chara is a very overrated fighter, he bloodied up Koci and ragdolled McCabe and goes off that reputation now

Stupid homer Boston announcers. Chara threw the first punch and they say Harrison jumped him LOL. Yeah Chara maybe won it slightly but it was really close, but you wouldn't be able to tell by listening to these jokes.

They really are. That fight wasn't nearly the win for Chara that Jack said it was. Even the Thornton fight they oversold as a Thornton beatdown.

I love Jack's enthusiasm for sure but you can't take anything he says about what's going on in the game as a fact.

And yes, I have watched a few games.
