Yrs. Of Birth Tourney Matchday 1 Match 3: 1957 vs. 1959

Well, after much teasing and what not I'm finally back with another poll idea, this time for yrs. of birth (1957-1987).

It's going to be a 31 team round robin with each team playing the other once and the winner will be the team with the most points at the end (So ties can occur here). This tournament will take place over the next 31 weeks with 3 matches each weekday (This week only matches will be Tuesday-Saturday).

If anyone wishes me to make any lineup changes, let me know. Some of these players are played out of position to best fit different players into the lineup.

For current players vote based upon career projections, for retired players vote based upon their careers.

I like that top pairing for 1957. I think Bossy could be a huge difference maker here.

But 1959 is more balanced. All four lines are very strong.

Thanks @NyQuil for that endorsement. They're fun to do and I enjoy the participation that happens. Hoping these are no different. As long as each 1 gets 4 votes I'll continue on with them.

Sort of a contest between high end ability and depth. I prefer 1959 and the superior depth on that team.

I really love Bossy on that -57 team but even with him, I don't think they beat the depth of -59 team.

Bossy makes this somewhat close but I have to go with the -59 team. Depth is too much. Also, I'm bit of a sucker for Pelle.
