They still have until Friday to work out a new deal. In the event they don't, YouTubeTV will no longer carry ESPN or ABC.

They did the same threat with comcast/NBC. Google needs to get with the program that as streaming gets more popular, the costs the networks want will increase and you can't keep costs low forever.

You want people to continue to sub and not cancel every time you drop networks just to keep costs low, you'll get users to cancel and go somewhere else... To the point of you run out of business as being a TV streaming service.
