First three are obvious. Barber can be changed for Lynch, but went with Barber because he played his whole career in Tampa and he made the greatest play in Bucs history.

If you absolutely want an offensive player, I guess you could add Mike Alstott, who was a unique player, but his impact on the games was too small to feature on the Bucs Mt. Rushmore.

Dungy or Kiffin would also be good names.
