I prefer we resign the Tinordi we know over the Tinordi we don’t as our 7th dman.
Forbort is much better than Tinordi. And NO BLOODY HELL to Yandle.

Yeah, he's another guy I like and have been watching this week. He's a Mayfield type. Big, rangy and he plays with an edge. He's not Carlo mobile (for a big guy) but he is a good skater. He's also a keep it simple type on breakouts. He kills penalties, plays against top lines and blocks a TON of shots. He averages about 21 minutes a night (24 in the playoffs) and gets 60% Dzone starts. 29 years old.
If you liked Oleksiak then Forbort is a good plan B.

Yeah I like Forbort. Very Sweeney-like signing. Could be good value at low price.

Derek Forbort is a big left-shot D-man. I agree that Brandon Carlo is a decent comp for Forbort.
Forbort would certainly eat up some minutes on the PK. He led the Jets last season in PK time per game at 2:41. Compared with Bruins who had over 50 total mins on the PK, he would have ranked 2nd (tied with Carlo) in PK time per game behind Lauzon.

That is disgusting. Yandle is so garbage now he can’t be in any team’s top 4. Not sure if anyone watched Florida play this year but just go ask their fans. He was sooo bad. I’d rather have Chara back and I want no part of Chara back.

Maybe reilly back I thought he was sneaky good when he played for us.
Better than Yandle. I would prefer Martinez and then Suter. Then Reilly if he’s 3 or less.
