If you do not have 1 or 2 rookies to keep then you get extra picks at the end of the draft to fill your team so it makes sense to have/get some rookies. This team doesn't have any rookie eligible players but has all of it's draft picks. Once the team is filled, we can open trading before the draft in the first week of Oct.
