Blues would be fortunate to get Andersson at 20. No way do they go after Joseph if Andersson, Thomas, and Poehling are on the board.

Makar, Tolvanen, and Anderson-Dolan is a hell of a haul. There are picks I like better, but this is a nice trio.

I can see the 2nd rounders for Montreal, but I don't think there's any way that they let Robert Thomas and Lias Andersson slip by them so they can pick Isaac Ratcliffe.

I'll add Ryan Poehling to that list and say the same about the Bruins and Martin Necas.

Yeah i don't see Martin Necas falling all the way to #18, If there's a chance that Pettersson goes top 8 and it's a possibility. Then Detroit easily takes Necas at #9.

Every draft has risers and fallers, and I tried to play in a bit to some of the quirks I've noticed about some teams (like how Montreal has a penchant for drafting taller players in the first round, or the Canucks typically drafting players well below their rank beyond the first round).

I won't be spot on, but tried to get it as realistic as possible. Someone mentioned the Islanders would probably take Tolvanen, and that's a good point. I leaned defense there because outside of Pulock I don't see a whole lot there in terms of prospects, but Tolvanen works too.

Tampa has drafted 1 Swedish player in the last 10 years, that was a no brainer in Hedman at 2. They won't pass on Kostin or Lodnia for Bosqvist in the 2nd.

Not sure, never heard an true answer. They say they have a scout over there so not sure the reason behind no picks. It's not like we only pick NA, we've taken our share of Euro's just not Swedes. I believe in the 20+ years of existence they've taken 6 total.

omg you got timmins with the 1st round pick i like this WHY , I've said it on here but I watched the Greyhounds playoffs VS Owen sound and Mark hunter was at alot of their games ( if not all ) i think he was scouting Timmins to be honest i love the pick
