[fieldset=SOLI'S SHORTSIDE]

- Davidson returns to the lineup, takes Gryba's spot. Khaira returns and takes Pakarinen's spot after he was injured last game.

- Yakupov skated with the team at morning skate. Still undecided on his return timetable.

- With 2015 coming to a close, thought it'd be appropriate to look back at the big 2015 moments for the Oilers. From Todd Nelson trying to put out the tire fire, to the conclusion of the forensic audit, the dawn of competent management and coaching, all the McMoments along the way, Draisaitl's emergence, and perhaps the best game of the year, the Sather Retirement night (IMO, argue otherwise?). Im not sure everyone will agree, but for me, the moment of the year was this one:

Don't agree? Was there a moment that stands out to you?

Lander playing with Khaira and Gazdic??

'BUT WHY ISNT LANDER PUTTING UP ANY POINTZZZ?'

:laugh:

But seriously. Feeling a win. Ducks can't score to save their lives.

3-1 Oil. Hall, Davidson, RNH.

Considering Gazdic has scored more goals and Khaira as many points in less than half the games played Lander is right where he belongs and probably the offensive blackhole on the line tonight ;)

As for the video clip in OP ... not sure what team that was...i saw 2 PP goals ..

Gazdic had one go in off his dick and Khaira played with RNH and Eberle the games he got those points...

Edit: I'm shocked that isn't censored :laugh:

5-0 going into the 3rd when all of a sudden the lights go out and Mcdavid descends from the rafters. Oilers win 6-5.

He will descend from Messiers banner and say "Hey guys it's me, Connor. You have to see this!"

And the Schultz experiment continues. At least three goals with him on the ice tonight. Oilers lose 3-2 in regulation.

What's it going to take for this guy to see the press box?

Really got to get some points in this one. Oilers are in danger of receding in the standings more quickly than Getzlaf's hairline. Speaking of Getz, I wonder what excuse he'll have tonight to avoid Nurse after the whistle.

Maybe he'll be up in as soon as a couple weeks if he impresses down there.
