WTB: Bauer Vapor XXXX Large Pants

Hey, been looking for these pants for awhile now online. I keep finding sites that carry them, but not in the right size/colour. From what I understand they're last year's top model from Bauer. Would be willing to buy slightly used as well in Large(Black)

Can anyone clarify why Bauer came out with the X-40 this year compared to their xxxx from the previous year!? Is it just me, or is it slightly confusing? Also, wondering how the one95s fit compared to the XXXX? Thanks
