The joke potential here is VERY high.
I am reserved on this until I know more
I thought the secondary was fine as is
The only gap was Stroman who had been filling in for an injured Dunbar.
Finally, there's a Clinton in Washington again. That oughta put some smiles on faces, eh?
Sooo, why exactly are the Packers making this kind of trade?.......
HaHa didn't do something Montgomery-esque, did he?
I'm loving all this movement.
Why???? Who does GB have that’s better?
He’s coming to the end of his rookie deal and playing well. Pay the man. Cheapskates.
Not sure I fully understand what Green bay is doing here. Dix played well
I don't understand this
This move makes Packers a weaker team
Tweets are blocked but assuming it's known that he was dealt for a 4th rounder. That's a STEAL.
Seriously. The D played pretty well most of last game. So you cut your best safety because he is not going to re-sign next year?
The biggest problem with the Packers has been that they bank too much into the future and 1st round picks. And unfortunately their drafting has not been good enough to give Rodgers enough help on either side of the ball. It makes me angry seeing Rodgers prime years been wasted by just piss poor management.
What the **** is that.
Ha-ha is one of the only good parts of the secondary for years
Is this a ramification of all that money Rodgers will be due?
... had more faith in Gutekunst
The Redskins defense is really starting to take shape. This could be scary good come playoff time. The offense is still vanilla, but that defense, wow.
They don't wanna pay him.
Of course not. Why pay a performing player in an area of need when you can pay Jimmy Graham.
We all need brittle tight ends who can't catch anything thrown below their waists anymore.
One thing to let a vet go before they are due a 3rd contract but this is a talented and performing safety in his mid 20’s that you should be locking in for the next 3-4 years.
Who else are they paying? The corners are all on rookie deals. How much does their front 7 make? On offense it’s Rodgers and Cobb and Graham and Adams at the skilled positions. No money at RB. And a couple of OL get paid.
Teams generally have around 12 guys making good money. The rest on rookie deals or lower cost veterans.
Dix is awful. The **** are you guys talking about?
lol , so is Ha-Ha good or terrible?
There's some vastly differing opinions on here. PFF certainly seems to rate him.
He's awesome if you like missed tackles and blown coverages.
Separate names with a comma.
