Regular season and playoffs are 2 different beasts... some goalies have it... some don't... as we are seeing with Skinner.

But yes at least play Pickard... it's not going to hurt Skinner's feelings... nothing wrong with using more than 1 goalie to see if momentum can change... and Canucks have to get the book on Pickard who they haven't seen much.

Stuey is 100% being outplayed by a 3rd stringer in this series and it isn’t good enough. You can’t win giving up 4+ every game. Just can’t. He needs to be way better or they need to make a change.

It’s last year all over again. For every 1 game he plays well, we have to pray Oil score 5-6 just to be safe

There is no reason for the drfensive breakdowns......where breaking out put it in the stick of the opposition. Vancouver hasnt done that this game. Did you notice that?

Idgaf that kind of chance happens almost 20 times a game. It wasn't even a good shot Skinner just somehow gets beat along the ice despite being 6'4 in an era where goalies are designed to stop everything along the ice.

Yes they were all grade A chances. But good goalies stop grade A chances sometimes. And the last one was not that good of a chance. He was in tight, all Skinner had to do was cover the bottom of the net.

Knoblauch has to put in Pickard now, already down two goals, and he’s not going to start him in a home game down 2-1 with a road game following. Hurts nothing now, gives the team a wake up call, and Skinner a reset, and it’s hard to trust a backup in near elimination games if he hasn’t played in the series.
