As a Jets fan this makes me so sad.

It's a little tough to judge Rittich too harshly for last season given how infrequently he played. And I guess any goalie good enough to make the NHL can have a couple good games, which Rittich did have. But overall I would say he didn't look very good, poor movements and positioning, very surprised other teams had used him more often in the past.

All that said, one thing we definitely heard all season was how popular he was in the room, and I guess if you've got a guy who isn't going to play much, at least that's a plus.
