I think Dubas at this point. Although to be fair he still has time to show he’s learned from his mistakes as he’s only had two years on the job unlike some of the other options.

Let's talk about Kyle Dubas.

Entered the job in May 2018
- Started with a young #1 center, a young first line wing and young top pairing defender
- Has no payroll constraints
- Manages a O6 team most players would want to go to
- Got a free first line center in July 2018

Despite those advantages, he's won zero division titles, zero playoff series' and the team going into this year looks like the same top heavy softies they've been the past two seasons. Hell, they technically didn't even make the first round this season.

He's the only one on the list to do so little with so much.

Key point, bolded.

Jim Rutherford stands out as a terrible gm and being aged out of his role.

Also;

Lamoriello

Entered the job in 2015
-Had a #1C on his ELC for his entire tenure, had 2 top line wingers on ELC's, and a young top pairing defender.
-Had no payroll constraints
-Managed a 06 most players would want to go to

Despite those advantages, he won zero division titles, zero playoff series' and is the prime reason why this team were some "top heavy softies" during his Leafs tenure.

Then, went to the Islanders and handed out;
7x7 for Lee
6x6 for Nelson
4x3 for Komarov
etc

oof.

I mean it's been like 2 years Islander fans -- I think it's time to let it go.
