I haven't seen conclusive evidence it was offside, and the Canadians had a 50/50 call called back, but sure, go with this narrative.

It's basically Pens/Caps- With one exception (PIT/WAS 1994, Nagano 19980, it's been too one-sided.

Well deserved win by the gals, they were the better team I felt.

I feel pretty confident we are stronger in net and through the 4 lines then the Americans. I really feel the Americans arent all that dangerous once you get past those 2 Lamoureux girls,they play the shit out of them and they have to because they arent all that dangerous offensively without them.Neutralize them somehow and you stand a very good chance to beat them.

considering the US has beaten Canada in the last 3 WC games I would not say that, I would say Finland upsetting everyone and winning the gold would be a better analogy if you are using that 1993 Islanders Penguins match-up
