Women’s hockey conflict of interest?

Hello I’m not a homophobe by any means, but I ask the question is it a COI that in women’s sports they marry each other. That happening in men’s sports would be odd and I feel like we would always hear stories about it. Marriage is way different then being buddies with ppl on other teams
