Oakland not out of the running for WNBA expansion after Warriors land franchise

Oakland is still eligible to land a WNBA team when the league starts its next round of expansion in 2026.

Apparently Warriors expansion will play in SF not Oakland,although they will practice there. Another group wants WNBA team in Oakland, playing at old site.
