I'm completely okay with just losing this game and relaxing this season... the only way to institute change is to fail a little (Pens 2009 season before MT was fired). Get the boys a little hungrier because right now they are just going through the motion.

Pens pretty much were failing each an every season other than 2007/08 working their way up to the trade deadline. Even with DB.
