This was a tough one for me. But I saw something in Karlstrom I really liked. I think he will eventually make the big club.

Just looking at the list I think there may be a couple future NHLers that don't make it in the top 20. Sure the % chance on all the leftovers won't be that great individually but there are enough of them that 1-2 will make it.

Telegin was sent a qualifying offer. Not sure if he signed it though. Although that still makes him Jets property for the foreseeable, as far as I know.
