Lemieux will probably win this and I voted for him in the last poll but I went with Comrie.

Add Appleton.

Is 10 the max number of poll options? Seems like we could go up to 15 pretty easily.

I don't hate him. I just don't view him as good enough or proven enough to go yet.

If I recall, you said your (or someone elses?) draft model had Stanley ranked as a 3rd rounder. Where was Green ranked in the same model? I'd assume 2nd round?

Also, would you vote Green over Stanley on this prospects list?

Finally Armia. Thought he'd be higher as per actually having played in over 40 NHL games. (!)

Went with Lemieux - though close with Comrie. Watched some highlights of Lemieux recently and get why people were excited about him.

I essentially have Lemieux, Armia, and quite a few of the others in a very similar tier over the next bit.

I did have Green ahead of Stanley pre-draft. It's not huge, but I did.

I wish the poll would give us the option of picking more than one cause for me its Eric Comrie and Logan Stanley

Many Thanks Hank!

So I did not vote.

K I will vote Eric Comrie!

Lemieux

Next - not sure.

Harkins, Niku, Poolman, Green and Stanley in no particular order. Poolman will probably play in the NHL, the others are longer shots with more upside IMO.

I am not in a rush to pick Comrie. He is a goalie - they are always a crap shoot and he wasn't special last year.

His numbers weren't great but the team was beyond a tirefire. I thought he did well for a first year pro thrown into the fire. :dunno:

Two issues though that:

Even the top AHL goalie prospects struggle to make it as NHL plus goalies.

Hellebuyck was on a tire fire team though too.

Agreed although I think we can both agree Helle was way more advanced than Comrie last season (hence, the better numbers).

Comrie needs to take a step forward this year otherwise it's not looking too hot.

:dunno: Goalies :dunno:
