Old one is full. I'll try to update stats on a semi-regular basis.

Cederholm is staying in Allsvenskan for now.
Karlstrom is playing third tier in Sweden, haven't included him in the list.

Repost. Post was buried in a locked thread.

Seeing that Morrissey is still considered a prospect, I am posting this here.

When I watched him play last season with the Moose, he reminded me of a more defensively-responsible version of Kevin Shattenkirk.

Is that a realistic comparison for you guys?

Yeah, if he turns into a Shattenkirk I'd be thrilled. I can see the comparison though - good skaters, about the same size, good vision and instincts. Not sure if Morrissey's going to be quite as offensive - but he was on a tire-fire team last year and probably had to pay more attention to D due to circumstance (often paired with MacWilliam and Kichton who were both bad in their own zone).

Logan Brown hattrick. 17 points in 6 games and 1 period. Looks like steal of the draft. Devils must be kicking themselves

So...

Chevy took the wrong Logan...

I read with Logan Brown there were some issues like consistency and two way game but not really sure if that even matters with 17 points in 7 games...

Niku looking steady.

Any ideas on Niku's ceiling? I am envisioning him as being a huge steal but don't know if there are comparables for a guy like him.

Liking Green's point totals as well. Would love to see Spacek develop into a solid 2C but maybe I'm just getting a bit optimistic here.

I am not the guy you want to be wrong about.

I'd like to see Niku become Vatanen lite. Not sure if that's possible, but that would be huge to develop that level player from his draft position.

Please Understand
According to Garret, Niku's PCS cohorts had him as a 3rd-4th round pick, so the Jets got exceptional value out of him at 7th. It's almost impossible to predict how high of a ceiling a defenseman can have, but he does seem to be scoring at a decent rate.

Glover is that far down the lineup, huh? Not what you want to see in a Junior NCAA player.

Exhibition, and what Aavco said.

Though the general point still stands, his development has been very poor so far.

He hasn't broken out yet that's for sure. But he should be top pairing this year, if he is going to take a step forward it will be this year.
