How would this teams do in todays NHL?

"How can you have him with ..." and "Why do you not pick ..." I look forward to a scary aha experience of having missed the big names that should have been included.

Feel free to make your own all-time team....

Definitely need Bobby Hull, Anders Hedberg, Ulf Nilsson, Kent Nilsson, Lars-Erik Sjoberg, Barry Long, and Joe Daley.

I think I'd take Andrew Ladd over Ray Ferraro... He's talented enough to warrant time on a 1st line, and he's great defensively. As a 4th line shutdown specialist with offensive capabilities, he's definitely worthy of holding that spot.

I can't speak to the Jets 1.0, but having watched the Thrashers for many, many years...the lineup should look more like this:

Kovy-Savard-Kozzy
Hossa-Little-Heatley
Brunette-Ferraro-Bondra
Peverley-Holik-Slater
Boulton

Enstrom-Havelid
Buff-Coburn
Stuart-Hainsey
Exelby

Kari
Pasi Nurminen

The Thrashers D was god awful until Havelid showed up.

Glad to see Nurm get some love. He and Lehts were far and away the best goalies the franchise has had up to this point.

Tkachuk on the 2nd line? Selanne on the 2nd line? Zhamnov was better than Steen.

When he wanted to be, no question. Still remember the five goal game.

But I think I'd rather have the stability of Steen than the occasional flashes of superstardom on Zhamnov. Should have kept Selanne and Tkachuk and traded Zhamnov.

Who can forget the 5 goal game? Zhamnov had back problems.
