Why is blashill talking about breaking up the euro twins?

Road game instead of home game. We will see what he decides to do, I hope he gives it a shot. But from the beginning of the homestand he did say he was not sure what he would do when they went back on the road, but this gave them a minimum of five games together.

I doubt we play another home game without that line in tact for the rest of the year.

One reason could be home ice line changes. Splitting Z & D makes coverage a bit harder

Would like to see Tats and Nyquist switched in the lineup. Tats has been killing the Larkin line with turnovers, and just hanging onto the puck too long in general. Plus Tats does best on a line with some size and AA/ Jurco play more that way than Larks and Richie.

The thing about that is Larkin and Richards are better defensively to make up for those turnovers. I think that is a part of that deployment. Not sure Athanasiou is quite ready to play with the Russian Roulette style game Tatar plays.
