I'm watching the highlights and the Windsor third-period goals are generally "throw it at the net and see what happens." Nothing fancy, just hard work and hope. I know that Torres has told them "just get the puck on net" and it seems to be working.

There's plenty to work on defensively as at least a few of the goals were letting them skate in. However, knowing they can come back from being down multiple goals... that's a confidence booster. Now, to avoid getting too high and come away with a point or two in OS.

Windsor comeback win.
Should boost the moral for what this season is.
Greentree n #12 led the way.
Defense not good. But common story of past few years.
Getting points r good. However when they had this type of season, Getting too many hurts too.

Well that was a nice win ( ya mixed thoughts on any wins at this point) but it is more fun to win than lose.
Significant at this point they now have 18 wins. Moving up on some other seasons that had worst results. Worst ever was 12. Now they are close to 20 wins which if nothing else is a milestone and puts them ahead of a number of " worse" seasons.
The other milestone is equalling the 2006 season. Nice to draw a parallel with that season.

To think all of the major contributors will be returning next year and also will only be 18. If they can figure out the net and D they will be a force.

Have to draft a D in the import draft that will contribute right away. That is a must.

Well let's see which Spits team shows up tonight in Owen Sound.

This is certainly a season to forget....now if we keep getting gifted wins, as Guelph did last night. The team will soon be picking in the middle of the pack....with no more Wassilyn chance...that's the way the team has gone this year...it started with the ridiculous appointment of JS...management should be called out for creating this mess

Surprised by the win last night but then the zebras did give the Spitfires at least 12 power plays. Can’t say I’ve ever seen that many in one game.

Actually it was 10 PPs for Windsor, though Guelph did get 6,difference was Windsor scored 4 on their PPS and Guelph 1.
Quite the comeback, first road game that I have attended in about a year down by 4 goals multiple times in the game, coming back and winning in OT was quite the sight.
7 different goal scorers including 2 dmen,9 guys with points,Abraham, Davis, Greentree a line with 10 pts amongst them.
Jack Nesbitt developing nicely now 4 points in his last 3 games and 6 points in his last 6.
He had 6 points in his 1st 40 games nice development.
Windsor now 3-1-1-1 in their last 6,5-2-1-2 in their last 10.
It was the 1st win on the road however since January 25.
Looking forward to seeing how they play tonight at Owen Sound, have beat them twice in their last 2 meetings,4-3 shootout win atOwen Sound and a recent 7-4 win here in Windsor recently.
Go Spits Go.

Bad short handed goal.
If only a certain defenseman was back to help goalie out..
