Washington sucks. Back to 500

Are we playoff team or just another 9th place finish.

Better start playing better or tank properly.

Barely escaped with a win.

Need to improve big time for next game. Mainly need to develop chemistry on each line and have set lines to get confortable with.

And for god's sake carlyle, I THINK its time to switch up the first line. Clearly something needs to change to get kessel going. Not rocket science man.

Could someone do a .gif or whatever with Neuverth skating off followed by scrivens smiling and head shaking from Saturdays game?

That would be epic!

5-5 is about a fair mark for this team... We should finish with around 80 points - 9-11th place.

There's something about the ACC, the leafs just never seem to pull themselves together at home.

and that's so weird. In the Sundin-Roberts era, we killed at home, and sucked on the road.

Never liked the guy.

Hypothetically speaking, what if Kessel goes 20 games without scoring? He's already half way there...and the way Kessel is he gets so down.

Then people will praise his defensive game...like they are already.

Again, we won in spite of Scrivens, not because of Scrivens. Reimer should see 90% of the games from here on in.
I thought Scrivens came up with some big saves in the second half of the third period.

He's gone close to that a couple times in recent memory, then snaps out of it and bangs home 13 in 16 games.

Which is why we are in good shape at playing .500 hockey with him doing no goaling.

Leafs fans: Either win every game or lose every game ... No middle ground

To me this looks like a young team learning to win at the next level, I see a middle of the pack finish this year .. Since it's on the shoulders of the kids though, I'm content to see progress

He did, but there were numerous times where he was looking around for the puck, unsure of where it was. Lots of rebounds that the Caps never took advantage of. I thought he looked shaky at best.
