Wilson vs Nylander

As a Leafs fan, I'm interested to see the result of this poll.

Considering the two players *should* have been signed at the same time this off-season, who would you take?

Would you take Nylander @ $7M or Wilson @ $5.2M ?

If I am a Leafs fan , I would not start any poll with Nylander at this point.

Wilson is 2 years older, has yet to hit 15 goals, and has a career high of 35pts (hit when he was 24)

Nylander at 6.9 all day. He has played very well the last few games. he has a bad slump, lets move on

I don't see why not.

Both missed significant time to start the season. Different play styles. Different cap hits.

I'd like to see what other fans think.

Wilson is such a unique player that it's really hard to compare him to anyone. I think a lot of teams that are already highly skilled would take him, but in a vacuum, Nylander is the more valuable player, despite this slump. Wilson won't maintain his percentages this year, and while I can see him being a 45-50 point guy regularly, Nylander should be a regular 70+ point guy.
