The thought crossed my mind, but then I was thinking about how a team could draft a player that wasn't in the computer system. I imagine only draft eligible players are available to be picked and the way teams drafted players was by computer, then by announcing it after that.

Was this something new this year or has it been done for awhile?

Wasn't Adrian Foster not in the computer the year the Devils took him late in the 1st round?
