He should be suspended as intentional contact with official is suspension worthy. However we know the NHL is very selective on who the player is and team. Fine at worst if that is what he's getting.

He’s in the way of the bench door during an emotional playoff game and only gets lightly pushed. He’ll get a fine at most if that.

The NHLPA would absolutely appeal any fine or other discipline. While players can’t shove the refs, the incident is ultimately the fault of the linesman who’s blocking the door. He knows he’s not supposed to stand there, he just screwed up and put the player in a bad spot.
