I'm coming out to Vegas for my brother, myself and my dad's frequent "Let go to other arenas in the league" trip and this time it brings us to Vegas and i had some questions. Is there any good sport merchandise stores on or near the strip within walking distance? I have read the reviews for the Vegas team stores and there is a lot of hate and was wondering if its worth my trouble to go to it or is there another store near by. Also recommendation for a non "break the bank" restaurant as well in or near the arena.

Everything around the arena will be overpriced. I like Eataly in The Park for a good selection decent food.

No idea about sports merchandise shops. I always go to the team store at the arena.

If you want to Uber, it's a short ride to Town Square that I know has sports shops and lots of decently priced restaurants.

Any of the team stores are going to be massively overpriced. Downtown Sports in Summerlin is good. They have all kinds of sports merchandise from all leagues. There is also a good Knights/Raiders store at the South Premium Outlets on Vegas Blvd/Warm Springs.

Little on the strip is a value. The Golden Knights armory included .... For shopping I suggest the Premium Outlets mall going south on Las Vegas Blvd. Three or 4 shops with gear, jerseys etc. Should be an affordable Lyft/Uber ride or you can take the bus.

For dining the best deals on the strip are in the Planet Hollywood mall. My favorite mid-price place is Trevi (Italian) in the Caesar's mall. There are some very good places in China Town around Spring Mountain Rd. Again a Lyft/Uber ride but the prices are lower than the strip. The Cosmo (2nd floor) has some interesting food hall places and a couple hidden bars. In Excalibur there is a Dick's Last Resort which has decent food and a great politically incorrect environment. Can be a good warm-up for a game. The closest place to T Mobil is Beer Haus which has good but limited menu and a great vibe on game-days. (get ther early)

Also the Fashion Show Mall is across the street from Treasure Island casino and right near the Wynn and the Trump. There's a sports store right near the entrance to Dillards has interesting stuff. I got some baseball jerseys on sale from the old Negro leagues there.

Any suggestions for top quality/conditioned golf courses in February? distance doesn't matter.
