Like them or not, the Leafs are certainly no boring team. Be it a 32 game slump where they win a mere four games in regulation, or a six game win-streak that sees them back in the top-4 of the Eastern Conference, this team has given fans their share of the glees and gripes.

This has been the weirdest season i can remember, especially compared to last season. The ups and downs are more extreme than previously because the team is actually good and expectations a bit higher. i feel this year will be a major stepping stone for the development of the club as a whole and i think 2014/2015 could be a year of serious progress. We're getting there, it's been a long, terrible time for Leaf fans, but you can feel the steps being taken by key players. Patience: it's coming. but it's a process.

The Leafs are back to outscoring some of their other issues, but I'd rather have offense and goaltending going in a structured manner....than purely rely on goaltending.

They'll need to improve their D game quite a bit, still.
