Why Laine gets so much love???

Me and couple friends are wondering why Laine gets so much love. We have heard people speak like Laine is better than Marner or Nylander for example. We really want to believe that no one, even Jets fans seriously says that he and Matthews are in same level (Laine hasnt done anything close what Auston has, Matthews plays more important position). Si is it because fins/jets fans overhype or what???

I don't think there has ever been one. I would hope the mods would consider implementing 100 posts or a 1 month waiting period.
