It's the "shallowness" of the vets that's hurting the most right now rather than lack of depth.
Too many of the vets aren't playing up to their potentials while the youngest/hungriest players seem to be putting out the most effort.
When more players start pulling their weight, this team will finally get somewhere with more consistency.
