Why no Kovalchuk? That was the only fun thing about Kovalchuk returning to KHL, he could play more for team russia.

Why no Kovalchuk? That was the only fun thing about Kovalchuk returning to KHL, he could play more for team russia.

1. Apparently health issues.

2. He should play in zero EHT games. That's not what those games are for. Maybe the last stage before Sochi, but that's it.
