The most scared are, as of now: Joanna Noelle Levesque(aka JoJo), Louis Beethoven, and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The first is the Rosetta Stone for the last.

Indirectly, Elvis, Mariah Carey, Michael Jackson, Bach(no future masters would have implemented counterpoint without him), Mendelssohn (by reviving Bach and being the historical equivalent of JoJo).

Honorary mentions, because of vocal affinity: Belinda Carlisle and Amy Grant. The former basically destroyed any remaining appreciation I had for low level anime and other Japanese music.

Yasunori Mitsuda

and Yuka Tsujiyoko for the Fire Emblem music.

And well, Britney Spears because you couldn't escape her in some form; and her abilities are unfairly trashed.

Judith Belgen - best opera singer hands down.

Lil Uzi and Juice WRLD. Don’t really listen to other music since I’m not a big music guy. Only hear about 1-2 songs from other artists.

Assuming we're talking 20th/21st century Western popular music... if we're talking about all music in all places and times ever, this question gets really difficult to wrap your head around.

Fun thread, both interesting and absurd.

1. Mozart
2. Robert Johnson
3. Lennon/McCartney
4. Jimi Hendrix
