Malkin is the consensus #1, and then there are a number of solid guys in the top 20. Many would rate Schremp much lower, but IMO he will surprise a lot of people next season in the NHL.

1. Evgeni Malkin
2. Hannu Toivonen (injured, so I think he will still be eligible)
3. Jack Johnson
4. Corey Perry
5. Alexander Semin
6. Bobby Ryan
7. Gilbert Brule
8. Alexander Radulov
9. Luc Bourdon
10. Benoit Pouliot

IMO...roughly.

Price and Rask like every good goalie prospects the year after he's drafted will rise alot in the standings, and seeing Ryan up there makes me think that if Latendresse can keep putting up points like he's doing right now that maybe he'l be up there too.

Getzlaf and Perry will be in-elegible, will they not?

Neither Getzlaf or Perry will make it to 65 games played this year, so they should both still be eligible.

I would also be surprised if five (EJ, Kessel, Frolik, Toews, J Staal) 2006 DP's will be in next year top 10. I'd be surprised if anyone outside of EJ or Kessel made it.

That looks good imo.

Will Cam Barker be on the list? Wolski, Weber, Smid, O'Sullivan, Schremp, Coburn, Nilsson?

Would any of them make a top 10 (or 15) list?

I don't think any of those guys crack the top 10, but will definitely be included in the top 15-20.

1. Malkin
2. J Johnson
3. Semin
4. Ryan
5. Kessel
6. Schremp
7. Getzlaf
8. Perry
9. E. Johnson
10. M. Staal

This list looks good, I'm just not too high on Schremp so I'd probably replace him with Brule or Radulov and then re-order them.

Side note: The Ducks could have 4 of the top 10 next year if Smid can get in there, doubtful though as HF seems to have something against him.

Just a tip, the top 50 is drafted prospects only, therefor no Kessel/Erik J.

And yes PErry/Getzlaf will only hit a max of 57 games if they play ALL of the rest.

Getzlaf and Perry will qualify next year.
yep, I honestly have Getzlaf, Perry, Ladd (i've been a bit higher on Ladd then most), Smid and Marc Staal as my next 5. Anaheim has a rediculously deep prospect pool as far as high-end players go.

I wouldn't bet the farm on him being in the NHL full time next season period. Don't let the gaudy numbers in a very watered-down OHL fool you. He is still behind Corey Perry in development at the same age and Perry is just sticking now.
