Never thought of the Colts as a serious contender for the division title anyways. Thought at best they'd finish 2nd.

So when they opted to not redo Duane Browns contract they got a 2nd rounder for him, and a 3rd and sending a 5th the other way.

Now they part with this package of picks to get Tunsil whom they will have to pay after this season which is his final year of his rookie deal but they can 5th year option him. But pretty sure he’d be in an excellent position to demand a new deal in the off season. You give up that much to get him you’d best be prepared to pay him and keep him happy.

Thought we’d revisit these threads now that everyone has played half their season. The Texans and Colts look clearly better than the Titans and Jaguars, and one of them should win the division. I personally think the Texans will, but I could see either one of them winning it.

The MCL injury can be a big enough set back for the Colts to lose ground because Hoyer sucks bad enough to lose games on his own.
