Do you honestly think that NHL teams (who actually no what they are doing) would take Crosby over any two players from the 2004 draft
I definitely think that's possible.

I think any two including the first two, but not the whole first round. I'm not saying he's the best at this point of(vs) the 04 first round, but I think he's close even though he's quite a bit younger, not fully grown etc. and therefore a better prospect in terms of potential.

Montreal definately IMO
he's a habs fan .. he's a fan favorite all around the quebec(ok also the canada but quebec see him more often).. I thought about what the habs could offers for the kid .. i ended up with :
1st pick 2005
1st pick 2006
Richard Zednik
Mathieu Garon
Andrei Markov
Mike Ribeiro
and probably a top prospect : Perezhogin,Hossa,Hainsey ...

I dunno if the other team will bite..
:D
 imagine if the kids turn like a bust ...
im still very confident in him :p

Any team would have to strongly consider that offer. Nice work.

Here's what the Habs (supposedly) offered to land Kovalchuk:

#7 overall pick 2001 (Komisarek)
#22 overall pick 2001 (Perezhogin)
Garon
Zednik
Markov

And Waddell wouldn't bite on it. So the deal you are offering is pretty realistic, maybe take out either Ribeiro or the undetermined prospect, or make that prospect a 2nd round-level guy rather than a 1st rounder.
