Perhaps, though I've read a few Canuck perspectives which have him pegged as a third-liner (although a sure-fire NHLer, which gives him value).

I think Horvat's low end is 3rd line. He will almost certainly be a top 6 forward IMO

Agreed. I think Horvat is like a lesser Monahan. 2nd line C who is strong 2-way.
