The last time it happened was in 2006 - accomplished by Simon Gagne, Daniel Alfredsson and Dany Heatley. Gagne actually had 17 goals in 15 games, the others scored one goal per game.

The last time prior to that was Lemieux and and Jagr in 1996.

(EDIT - to clarify these are players who scored 15+ goals in their team's first fifteen games).
