Do people really sleep that early?

I never go to sleep before midnight personally but I'm a night owl so a 10pm local start here is no biggie for me.

I mean you are an adult are you not?

Leagues need to grow, how do you grow to younger people when they are in bed?

When did parents start shoving their kids in bed at 9 or 10pm. We weren't even back home at that kind of time. 60's and 70's you'd be outside playing sports or doing whatever till late at night. I think the parents liked it.

No joking I worked with families that would start the bedtime routine at 8pm and wonder why their kid was dawdling and not ready to go to sleep. Kids would be getting up for the next 2hrs. Its obvious because they are not tired, or sleepy at that time.

Heres an idea. work with the natural circadian rhythm. Never met a kid in my life that wanted to go to bed early. lol
