I'm asking who is the best Sabre all-time whose last name started with the letter "P"? This is for their time with the Sabres, and I'm arbitrarily selecting a 75 game minimum as a Sabre.

Remember, this is all-time and includes every season since the beginning of the franchise - not just the recent ones.

Of course, I'll run through the rest of the alphabet up until the regular season starts.

Results so far:

A: Dave Andreychuk 91.2%
B: Danny Briere 73.1%
C: Brian Campbell 50.6%
D: Rasmus Dahlin 66.3%
E: Jack Eichel 48.1%
F: Mike Foligno 93.2%
G: Danny Gare 94.5%
H: Dominik Hasek 95.3%
I: No one qualified
J: Calle Johansson 51.3% (Honorable Mention - Rick Jeanneret)
K: Jerry Korab 71.9%
L: Pat LaFontaine 80.0%
M: Rick Martin 48.2%
N: Teppo Numminen 100.0%
O: Kyle Okposo 55.7%

Let the voting begin!

Lots of great and all-time Sabres here - Peca, Playfair, Pominville, both Patricks, young Owen Power and JJ Peterka, goalie Puppa..

But this is the one where it should be 100% Gilbert Perreault. He's Mr. Sabre.

It won't be and I'll think even less of you for not voting for him than I probably already do.

Best player that I’ve watched live would be Peca or Pominville. Greatest Sabre isn’t close.

If only this was best name that starts with P so Puppa could run away with the vote.

Bert in a runaway. Peca and Pominville and Playfair are honorable mentions. Tough group from which to make choices.

This one, a second place vote would be really interesting because I don't think there's a clear cut guy. I think Peca would take it over Playfair, Pommer, and Patrick, but damn, that would be a close vote.

Somehow we're going to got through this series and Teppo Numminen will be the only unanimous winner. Not Hasek, not Perreault.

Beat me up all you want for this lineup :DD
Noted I wasn't alive/wasn't a hockey fan during the time that a lot of these players were Sabres...

Benoit Pouliot was at 74 games so he was close to being on this list....
Pratt-Pratt defensive pairing would have been fun but Nolan didn't play enough games
There probably is some alternative dimension where Pilut played 75 games

Would the Team P beat Team M? It might come down to goaltending.

Obvious answer but P is loaded with talent! You could build a really nice top line, d pair and a quality goalie goalie.
