I would disqualify Probert, Twist & Ray.

Twist for steroids, Ray for cheating & shedding jersey. Probert for both.

Doesn't mean they weren't good fighters. It means they cheated and don't deserve to be considered the best.

Pretty sure I remember Red Fisher saying that Orland Kurtenbach was the best fighter he's ever seen, so that's good enough for me.
