Who is more valuable?

Stone is emerging as an elite forward in this league. He's in a tier or two above Turris.

Easy choice.

Basically this, not only is Stone clearly a superior player, we would greatly miss the little things he does in terms of play down low, actually going to the front of the net, and of course the turnovers.

I think it's closer than it appears as first blush, but it's still not very hard to make this decision IMO.

I was talking about the top 3 forwards, that's why Karlsson isn't there. He's definitely in the top 3 Sens players ever, though.

RE: the poll, it's close but I went with Stone. Someone who can drive possession that well and get us the puck when we don't have it is invaluable.

We can't afford to lose either (we missed the playoffs last year because of the injury to Turris), but Stone is in my top 3 Sens forwards of all time, right after Alfie and Yashin, and ahead of Spezza, Heatley and Hossa.

Im a HUGE Stone fan, but he has a long way to go to reach the levels of Spezza and Heatley (who has an awful lot of revisionist history about him in this fanbase, he was fantastic here).
