McDavid is the prototype for this situation, he’s got the fastest skates in the league, best hands in the league and he’s not too small either at 6’1”

Mackinnon, Kane and Tavares(I see him as a much slower McDavid with less sight and nearly as good of hands with a better shot imo) would also come to mind.

Defensively you gotta be pretty quick, shifty and fast to keep up with these guys(no sleight on being a smart defender and working hard at it it’s just the best defensive guys already do that so now you gotta add the things that matter a little more 1v1 into the equation.
