Barkov is simply too far back in the pecking order imo.

So you`re saying there is an almost zero chance that Barkov is considered better than O`Reilly, Stone or Horvat?

Instead of Horvat and Barzal you could’ve put Stamkos, Point, Scheifele, Toews, or Seguin.

I think he'd be a fine choice for 13th forward. He could fill in adequately in every position if a player is hurt and he's one of the best shootout specialist in the world. He's not a sure addition but I could see him being heavily considered. Especially given how his addition could free up a more offensively talented C to play W in first lines.

First 4 Russians (Kuznetsov, Kucherov, Ovechkin, Malkin) and 2 Swedes (Karlsson and Hedman). P.S. for me Kuznetsov is 60/40, but I believe he would make it on the wing position
