Ya, “Ulf” just isn’t found in any English names so it stands out. Nothin wrong with it, just a bit surprising to Brads and Mikes and Steves.

I still think Trygve Many Guns is the best damned name on hockeydb. Darius Kasparitis for NHlers- it’s probably similar to Ulf where it really isn’t weird, but to me it sounds like a malady. Which is fair, given how Kasper played.

“Connolly is out tonight, had a run in with some Kaparitis and now his knee is all swollen. Might even be of the full Darius variety, worst case”.
