Grzelcyk should be running the top unit instead of Krug. Offensive output is close while Grzyelcyk does a better job preventing SHGs.

If SH goals against is a huge concern, then put McAvoy/Gryz on the top of the umbrella, put Krug where Marchand is, Marchand where Debrusk is, and take Debrusk off.

If you're not using Torey Krug on your 1st PP unit your doing it wrong.

yeah the problem isn't Krug at the point, the problem is that he's usually NOT at the point.

I really think this is just a classic case of them overthinking something. The PP was fine before they made changes to their setup. Just go back to Pasta on the half-wall and stop trying to run set plays all the time.

Overthinking is indeed what I believe has happened. The PP looked unstoppable at one point in the season, then they changed things up. Makes no sense. The staff is not good when they get overly creative. Just make common sense decisions and avoid getting cute.
