Where would Örnsköldsvik (small town in Sweden with a population of 33000(!)) All time stars finish in the 2021 olympics?

- with Örnsköldsvik's players in their primes obviously vs other teams current rosters.

Örnsköldsvik All Time Stars
Markus Näslund (F) - Peter Forsberg (F) - Niklas Sundström (F)
(The top line of 1993 WJC that broke all offensive records)
Daniel Sedin (F) - Henrik Sedin (F) - Anders Hedberg (F)
Victor Olofsson (F) - Lars Molin (F) - Bo Berglund (F)
Andreas Salomonsson (F) - Samuel Påhlsson (F) - Anders Söderberg (F)

Victor Hedman (D) - Hans Jonsson (D)
Pierre Hedin (D) - Victor Berglund (D)
Ludwig Byström (D) - Jesper Sellgren (D)

Fredrik Andersson (G)

Note: This is not the team "MODO"s all time stars - which would have been ever better. This is players who are actually born in the city. Pretty remarkable.

i have always wanted to see someone do this.

I dont know much past the top 6 or 7 players, but its pretty cool.

There are some small towns throughout Canada that could enter a tourney with these guys, id bet.

Team Chelyabinsk all time top line >>>> everything

Panarin - Kuznetsov - Sergey Makarov

You know, recently there were news that Lena Neuner becoming a mother for 3rd time, and like the top comment was " She is nothing compared to our Anfisa!(Rezcova), she has 4 kids!"

I mean, this is such a russian thing to do. "Whatever you weak West can do, Mother Russia is superior!" Inferiority complex?
Chelyabinsk is a huge city over 1 mln people

In Russia Voskresensk is pretty impressive, though it's mostly forwards:

Alexander Chernykh (Olympic gold, World champion)
Valeri Kamensky (Stanley Cup, Olympic gold, 3x World champion)
Vyacheslav Kozlov (3x Stanley Cup)
Dmitri Kvartalnov (World champion)
Igor Larionov (3x Stanley Cup, 2x Olympic gold, 4x World champion, Canada Cup)
Andrei Loktionov (Stanley Cup, World champion)
Andrei Lomakin (Olympic gold)
Andrei Markov (World champion)
Alexander Smirnov (World champion)
German Titov (World champion)
Valeri Zelepukin (Stanley Cup)

Also Sergei Berezin, Vladislav Namestnikov, and Andrei Vasilyev played in the NHL.

Moscow, Russia
How about giving your inferiority complex a rest and not make every thread about Russia for once?

Lol, complex. I first thought, it was a satire poll on all those Team Quebec at the Olympics/Team Block 243 at the Olympics/Team My Backyard Hockey Rink at the Olympics, but it looks like pips are dead serious here. Ok no problems then...

I voted 7th. Behind Canada, USA, Russia, Sweden, Czech Rep. and Finland. I can't see them beat even Finland or Czech Republic without NHL level goaltending, but they would have insane puck possession numbers.

They'd probably even have close games against Germany, Switzerland and Slovakia for that 7th spot, but I think they get more than enough goals and probably come out on top.

That's pretty insane man. A town of under 35,000 people has produced some of the greatest Swedish players to ever lace'em up.

Naslund could lead the third line and Olofsson play on the left wing with Forsberg. That would make the lines more even. The forth line with Påhlsson and Salomonsson would make a great checking-line. Salomonsson was a very skilled forward, could have had a much better resume than he ended up with.
Hedman has to play 30 minutes per game. Jonsson was a great defensive d-man but second and third d-paring are crap.

Peak Naslund and Hedberg may actually be the two best swedish goal scorers ever. Forsberg and the Sedins the best Swedish playmakers ever.
