*If he gets injured, only consider games that he actually plays in (ie. if he plays 60 games, what % of the Oilers' goals he's involved in in those 60 games).

He's started off with 9 points on their first 10 goals, and was in on 47% of his team's goals last season, and 41% the year before that.

55% to 59%. Right now the team isn't scoring at all so I expect secondary scoring to start at some point though he is just unreal and will create a bunch this year too.

Oilers will likely only score about 200 goals (their offence is as bad as buffalo’s last season). And McDavid will get about 110 or so points.

Man, how do you turn 4 (FOUR!!!) first overalls, a third overall, and multiple other high picks in to this disaster of a roster?

went with 55-59 but anywhere in that 50-60 range sounds about right

doesn't help that they landed on some bad years to get 1st overalls

they certainly didn't help their development but Yakupov was a bad 1st overall and RNH was at least well below average

Hall is good but 1: their GM stupidly traded him and 2: as good as he is he's still a Winger

I mean imagine if those three consecutive first overalls were the previous three years and were Kane/Stamkos/Tavares instead of Hall/RNH/Yakupov,tough to imagine that even the Oilers would still be this bad then(although they wouldn't have McDavid so there's that)

My numbers may be off but hasn't it been 42% and 47% the past 2 years?

Going to be just under 50% this year lol

I think McDavid was around 40-42% last year? Maybe?
Wouldn't be surprised to see him around that 45% mark.

Considering right now he's the only guy who can score for Edmonton.

It will be about 50%

Which by the way isn't unusual at all for a player at that level.

Which is only a little bit below where i would expect him to end up.

Technically he's not wrong....makes sense that those would be the guys to do it, he did say a "player at that level"

Voted 45%-49% but I think it will be right around 50%. 110 points on 220 team goals seems about right.

He ended up getting a point on 52.3% of his team's goals (in games that he suited up for). They scored 222 goals in the 78 games he played, and scored 7 in the 4 games he missed. 116 points/222 goals = 52.3%. 50-54% was the most popular choice with 35.6% of the votes.
