We just wait until the players give in.
It will happen. There will be a cap. The NHL will be able to sell its game to a greater number of fans. The owners will make huge amounts of money. And all the people that dont want a cap will still go back throwing their money at the owners and sticking their foam finger more places then just in the air.

The owners already have money, they just don't want to lose money.
The players are taking one last try to see if the owners will budge on the one issue that brought the whole thing this far. I don't think that will happen.
