I think is a bit tougher and leaves more room for debate. I'm not 100% confident on my second team even if I feel comfortable about it. This late at night and off the top of my head I'm sure I'm missing a few guys. Oblak, Lautaro Martinez, Marquinhos, Donnaruma, N'Dombele, Laporte, Ruiz, Puig, Dybala, Lafont, Neymar, Salah, Rodrygo, Kubo, Mane and make no mistake Messi. All were under consideration. Really tough choice between TAA and Kimmich. I'd probably swap Felix and Rashford back too. Dembele's injuries made it tough to put him the first XI, but the skill is there.

No one at LB really sticks out for me, that I could see them dominating that position for a decade. Martinez is a homer pick but he has elite talent. Could be there could not be.

Havertz and Rodri are good shouts.

I put Davies at LB because he just turned 19 and is flourishing at the top level out of position. I think he could end up something like TAA as a converted LB as long as he plays for an offensive/possession team.

With the way Brazil is pumping out talent like its the 70s, Uruguay getting on the act and Argentina might stumble on a golden generation in a few years. It's likely they will have a say in all this.

I am very surprised that everyone thinks VVD is going to die at 28 years old. Unless he has a disease we aren't aware of he should be able to play at a top level for four more years and near top level for two or three after that.
